Hey All,I am starting a project about 2 hours away and would like to monitor the property remotely without making a 2-hour drive, so I am looking for recommendations on security cameras.

Local = no more than 30-minute drive from your home base.Yes, I mean going out and looking at the neighborhood, the property, the surrounding amenities, etc. 

Drive around a bit as well - there's still a lot of regional players in billboards if one is operating in your market chances are you'll do better with them. 

They pick me up, drive around the block, do the exchange and drop me back off hahaha Too complicated bro.

I think this will not last and they will have to lower their prices soon, because the market force that is driving this might be people running out of money to spend.

Just had a drive by appraisal and it was valued at $1,000,000.

Consider off-market properties through direct mail campaigns, driving for dollars, and working with wholesalers.

Could be tolerable but unappealing to drive (90) minutes each way to check on progress.Now, think how difficult that would be if the property was in the mid-west.

@Kevin Sobilo This was our first investment property and this is driving me crazy at the moment.
