I already have about 9k personal loan from one local bank which will be cleared in next 8 months so this local bank cannot approve another personal loan until i clear off this personal loan.My rental property interest rates around 2.9% for 15-year term and do not want to disturb and do cash out refinance.Please advise any creative way I can get 60k to clear off high interest credit cards?

According to the EPA (the agency that enforces the new RRP Lead Safe Law), any Firm or Individual who disturbs 6 Square Feet of interior space of a property built before 1978 for PAY, must be trained & certified.By the way, they define rents and profits as PAY.

What's disturbing to me about this is not the dog, but the fact that this person decides to contact a person they don't know, whom they're trying to make a good first impression on, using semi-literate, run on sentence "text speak" language.
