I guess personal loan might be better option for me to clear off existing credit card high interest debt than applying for dscr loan by disturbing my current 2.85% interest rate 15 year loan in which I already paid about 4 years

I already have about 9k personal loan from one local bank which will be cleared in next 8 months so this local bank cannot approve another personal loan until i clear off this personal loan.My rental property interest rates around 2.9% for 15-year term and do not want to disturb and do cash out refinance.Please advise any creative way I can get 60k to clear off high interest credit cards?

Being a seasoned investor, it's really disturbing to think that you don't know that. 

Cultivation makes it hard to show and can disturb other tenants. 

It's your property and you want to make sure it's maintained.But the need to actually enter and disturb a tenant is kept to a minimum.

Do you go over and ask neighbors to turn their music down when they have a party and it disturbs your tenant?

We'd like to amend the agreements - if we can - to add a 3-strikes rule for any disturbances.

I saw some of the properties with status "Occupied", "It's unlawful to disturb the current occupants" and "Buyer is responsible to obtain possession of the property" . 

What's disturbing to me about this is not the dog, but the fact that this person decides to contact a person they don't know, whom they're trying to make a good first impression on, using semi-literate, run on sentence "text speak" language.
