Conventional wisdom would have said with rates so high (comparatively speaking to where they were) demand and prices would have lessened in more places and more quickly but in many places prices have held steady even as inventory creeps up.

Checkout some of the great Vrbo tools like market maker.You can see demand, occupancy of your competition for certain dates.The boost function can move you up in the search results for certain dates and it will also show you where you are in the search results for any dates you choose.I get most of my bookings from Vrbo and people always find me on there.

My AC has gone on and off for the past week.We are checking on it daily and additional fixes are required.It will probably take additional couple of days to fix it as it has been trial and error.We are keeping the tenant in a loop but she has gone crazy.She has actually been a huge complainer and her demands id that everything is fixed right away.She has mistaken us for hotel service staff because she thinks she is at Ritz Carlton and we are her bus boys.
