I understand if the taxes have not been paid for 2 years the county can foreclose.I wonder if this tax is invoiced and broken down by spend category ie water, sewerage, public transport, fire dept, parks & gardens, council running costs etc.Can anyone shed light on this information?

I send out an invoice on or around the 20th of every month with rent due on the first and a second line showing the amount due if not sent the first.

My tenants are my customers and I create automatic invoices for their rent on the 20th of each month that way they are there when I start getting rent checks.
