Maybe you could get rid of the dome and pop one of those cute new modular homes on it? 

I think it is such a cute style of home for the price...shame on me I'm being influenced by its cuteness!

I saw that on the MLS, super cute house.

Unlike the other cities on the Hudson, it has not recovered - has not become either a commuter city or a cute antiques-and-tourism weekend travel destination.  

It was a cute little city, and it seemed pretty safe (I've lived in some nasty neighborhoods in Chicago, in comparison). 

Nonetheless, the dumb "flipper" with their cute little guru LLC - a year and a half later - still owns it and is still paying carrying costs on a HML at >10%.

We had one farm family set up a very cute barn for parties, but they were shut down by the county, because it wasn't appropriate for a farm. 

It was build in 1920 in a cute little neighborhood but what made this neighborhood not so cute was the house I bought.
