After reviewing the city ordinances, I have a couple of questions about STR regulations.

I'd just make sure you have a VERY CLEAR SCOPE OF WORK no matter who you work with.If you decide to use someone besides your property manager, you need to have BOOTS ON THE GROUND that can view the property a couple of times a week at least! 

Tuesday I'll go to bid on a couple of them.  

It was a tenant with a couple unauthorized cats that sprayed everywhere and we spent $9,000 on cleaning, flooring, and paint. 

After a few months the borrower came to us to ask us if we would be willing to do a partial release as he had a couple of the properties sold at a good profit.  

We had a couple properties that the appraisal come back lower than we thought so that killed the refinance.

Trust me, an extra couple of weeks of vacancy to find the right person is much cheaper in the long run than missed rent and eviction costs; and that doesn't even include the extra stress and anxiety from it. 

., check with the county tax assessor's office.We did something similar in Alabama last year breaking off a couple of acres from a generational family property.
