How do I get the rest of the group comfortable with investing in another market where we would need to source property managers, learn the area, etc?

This sector caters to a wide array of tenants, including traveling professionals, students, and individuals in transition, offering them the flexibility and comfort of a home away from home.

I don't feel comfortable giving account access to this person.  5) we have quickbooks desktop and use cozy.co for property management. 

It has been recently upfitted & modernized to become a unique getaway (AirBnB) filled both with character & luxurious amenities for guests to stay both in style & comfort.

We are now in a position where we have 4 investment properties completely paid off making us money and I have a high paying W2 job that allows us to feel comfortable enough for him to quit his W2 job and start investing in real estate full time.So my question is… where can we go to get advice on how to move forward with this in regard to the best way to structure our growing real estate rental business?

Just make sure he’s someone you like and are comfortable with.

Maybe not at the pace that homes are appreciating but if you are comfortable breaking even then I say go for it. 

Instead of limiting the investments that you consider, get over the whole "introvert" thing.Step outside your comfort zone and make things happen. 

I signed up as a pro member a year ago, but just now making a new member introduction.My main reason that I am finally making an introductory post is that I am signed up for the May Rookie Boot Camp and assigned myself preparation homework to do some networking on the BP forum and to make an occasional post.My goal is to find my first cash flowing real estate deal in 2024, so this introduction is my first earnest effort to get out of my comfort zone and start connecting and learning from the voices of experience.Sincerely,Joe
