Lock that in and you'll at least be able to prevent gouging on 75 to 80% of the work.Thinks like installing doors, faucet fixtures, lights, cabinets, countertops, tile, laminate, vanities, sheet of drywall, etc.

I can also recommend a painter we just used on a flip that did a great job for us on interior and exterior paint and refinishing all the cabinets in the house.

So, after spending numerous hours tearing out carpet, 5 layer-tile in the kitchen, fixed the cabinets, replacing a ceiling, and half a bed-room, doing custom stuco, and painting, omoung many other "rigging" techniques, I thought UMMMMM, I like this..
