You need to have the property marketed everywhere possible including the MLS, social media, and the other 50 websites you are neglecting, Zillow and Apartments are the only place tenants look.

Any companies or websites that offer this forms that you have used before?

I am currently tearing through videos and websites to try and gauge demand for such things.Oh, and I'm getting information together to see about rezoning as the property is currently R2 and for Event Space Rentals it needs to be B1 or B2.How can I go about gauging demand for small event spaces in the area ( I'm guessing the house occupancy at 40 )? 

Outsourcing to a property management team suits those lacking time or desire for involvement but entails costs and relinquishing control.

It was pretty clunky and they wanted to focus on the website.

Any kind of remote work would be an option: Virtual assisting, social media management, website design, etc.

At that point, you're not running a PM business you're also running a construction outsourcing business within your property management company.   

If so, I'd find out and start by reporting them and work to get the listing shut down on all the websites.
