Have you enrolled in his program and finished his course ?

Hey guys, I am currently enrolled in careerwebschool.com 's real estate agent course.

Our tax guy is an Enrolled Agent (EA), not a CPA, and does very good work.

does anyone know of university courses that focus on real estate. im currently enrolled for finance (just started) or is that more of a masters specialty.

Once vacant we renovated and enrolled units into housing assistance programs which pushed the original $780 per unit to $1200 a unit.

I'm currently finishing the Pre-licensing course to take the state exam to obtain my Real Estate Licenses while being enrolled in 22 credits (7 classes) and playing college soccer.

I see terms like use OPM, buy RE with $0 down, but none of those gurus tell the actual idea without me enrolling in their $2000 master course - which I don't want to.So, finally, coming to this BP community to learn more about creative financing, how to grow/scale my portfolio.

@Veronica Pollán  I don't know about other states, but in California, they enroll the market value on the date of transfer.  

Two, we have  the 7th largest university in the country with the University of Texas with a student enrollment of over 50,000.

@Carlos Guzman Since becoming a tax preparer (enrolled agent) and observing the practices of those who are more experienced than I, I have found that is more common than not to not disclose fees/give quotes up front.
