I am looking for referrals in the West Valley for the following: - Property Management - Lenders (credit unions or banks) - Inspectors- Agent - Contractors - Anyone else who you think would want to help!

I would take a look at smaller mortgage companies or credit unions.  

What about using Credit Unions?

In rural areas get the asset lists from local banks, credit unions and town offices.

That said, buyers should look at smaller "community" banks, credit unions, etc.

I just finished talking to a local credit union about getting financing to begin the purchase of my first property.

Even banks and credit unions are not immune.

A contractor in Union county or other close areas will be greatly appreciated too.Actually I am trying to build my team at this moment and a good reliable contractor is a great assess for any RE investor.Thanks in advance,Al
