The seller doesn’t need to know that the underwriters may give you more of a hassle than other buyers.Or do you have lines of credit or a private lender so you can make a “cash” offer then try to get the financing through before close or at worst just do a cash out refi after close?

The overwhelming answer is that the reverse trolling is, at worst, annoying and a suck on the forums, and at best, tedious and ignorable.I also think most people here said what I think, we all should know how obvious it is, but the truth is, from being in the forums for more than ten years, new people are susceptible to anything.

Of course the worst case is actually getting lawyers involved and I wouldn't go that route I just wanted to make the basic contract law argument about the PoA's limitation.
