While you've got the property off-market, do the new sod (under 1k), and probably the wheelchair ramp (you might ask your new realtor about the ramp), so it looks like you did work that would justify taking the property off the market.

What we try to do is hope for the best in the short term and the long term, a combined effort.Know nobody thought that I was going to have a brain anuerism and a stroke almost six years ago but everybody else has changed their life to support me and never thought I would still be in a wheelchair this long.

It does not need to be wheelchair accessible.I also spoke with the city of Huntington Beach, and the planning commission told me the only codes I would have to abide by is to make tenants sign a lease for at least 30 days.
