This is not going to end well.

I'm a huge fan of San Antonio as an STR market, but it is, like most "mature" markets, very sensitive about WHAT performs well. 

You want a platform that has built in TCPA protections as well as a multiple communication channels besides voice such as SMS and email.

Then you might as well level it and buy another one.

However, I've known others who have tried to get into mobile home investing but it has not worked out.

Put simply, a well-designed mobile app has far higher user engagement than a web only service/site.

And I an experienced 2-4 unit investor here as well, and have self managed for the most part.
