Not a position anybody wants to be in, but he apparently doesn't disclose that.There are ways to do this much more safely, but of course, you need proper training and to be told what to avoid.It is predatory.

It is just a matter of whether they broke it or not.It goes the same with all issues such as guest complaining about not being able to check in before check in time, or not able to find the item when we clearly stated where they are and sent them photo proof… I call this stacking the bullets before the battle and I tell my team you guys are sending me without weapon to fight if you don’t do this for me 😂 (I handle all the claims as I do this for my job)You are in an expensive market!

The list is a nationwide list the Miami-Fort-Lauderdale area made number 2 on the list Orlando was ranked 6 on the nation wide list, so judging by the post I think it would be safe to assume Florida is one of the best states for fix-n-flips.

As @Patrick Drury mentioned- the West Side does not have any POS areas (besides Lakewood, but it's only needed for previously non-owner occupied/rental properties) Something else to consider in Cleveland proper is Lead Safe Testing ..
