Here's our No-Smoking Policy:NO-SMOKING POLICY.Tenant acknowledges the premises are designated as smoke-free and agrees not to smoke and will not allow their family members or guests to smoke on the premises, either inside the unit or outside on adjoining grounds.Tenant agrees to abide by this no-smoking policy and to notify their guests and invitees of the policy as well.This includes smoking tobacco, marijuana, or any other substance, as well as vaping.

She also talked about vaping a couple months ago, and we will not allow any smoking or vaping on our property.

Do these gadgets actually reduce water bills, or are they a hoax?

Overloading them is really the issue .houses in the early 20th century didn’t run appliances and devices and gadgets today’s houses operate on

"Vaping" is starting to become a multi-billion dollar industry changing the rules on "smoking" and tobacco legislation.  

With all the new gadgets and gizmos coming out there may not be much of a need for computers anymore.

They are a 50/50 brokerage, but it doesn't look like any other fees besides Realtor dues and lockbox gadgets and such.

Even with any 1 of the countless systems, gadgets, tricks and what not, how much time is wasted chasing one's tail to do some exact billing on water/sewer?
