Animal control was called, and I decided to issue a 10-day notice for the tenant to remove the dog.The tenant with the dog is now upset because they want to make things right with the injured tenant, who is refusing to have any contact with them.

Friend was at my house he was like ,"who are you yelling at I have never seen you upset ever" lol I got tied up called him 45 minutes which was after midnight and he answered right away.

Will they provide the systems, procedures, tax direction, making payments, insurance coverage, contracts, dealing with upset sellers and on and on? 

Hey Victor,I would recommend shopping around at a bunch of different brokerages and finding ones with the best split and broker for guidance.
