I've thought about investing next to hospitals, as they tend to be undesirable to other buyers, but I'm not convinced that hospital workers want to live across the street from their work.

If you raise the rent and they cannot afford it--they may move vs re-homing the cats (which is tough to do, emotionally and physically).Just my 2 cents.While I agree with Scott about some very undesirable dog breeds, I do NOT find cats to be good tenants.

I will be actually heading over to Lincolnton today to pick up my lawn mower from a shop over that way so I would be happy to drive by the house and see if it doesn't have any other undesirable qualities that we can not see.
