Also, you don’t need  $360k if the loan gets called; with a principal loan balance of $240k it would be more like $250k.Whether you do a wrap, sub to, or lease option when dealing with a owner occupant / consumer there are many legal “traps” to navigate because of consumer protection laws at a state level, and CFPB and Dodd Frank at the Federal level.

We owned that particular unit for 18 months are, and save for replacing a few tiles in sections, it seems to work out.Take home - I'm just not sure if it's better than just going with a basic carpet selection.

I live in anaheim California, when it's hot out, my upstairs apartment seems to trap all the heat inside since the ceiling is wood beams, it gets so bad that even if I open up all the windows and doors, no air flows through here.
