Be prepared.Even if your personal home is only mildly impacted, but your community who relies on tourism has a BIG impact, understand that this will take months or years to recover from and some communities will not recover.

Tons of year round tourism?   

Not to mention the accommodations for out of state travelers and the restaurant scene which is a huge deal in Wine tasting tourism the WV has a fraction of those facilities compared to Napa Sonoma etc etc. ..

I own a commercial facility office and industrial 80,000 sq ft.

Short-term rentals are ideal in tourism-driven states, while medium-term rentals near military bases provide stability.

While it's a great spot with a ton of tourism unfortunately, it seems the hotels view STR's as competition and have helped to encourage the strict regulations.

I would love to find a storage facility for sale one day or even one cabin in TN, but that’s later goals.
