The quality of service from different providers (title companies, PMs, inspectors) swing so widely that the good ones exceed my expectations, and the bad ones make me wonder how they stay in business or why hasn’t got taken out by the FTC.

I used Zen Business to setup my first LLC and it was super easy.

Getting a bit overwhelmed with all the required County Level and City Level business licenses, STR permits and Tax accounts (Business Tax, Franchise & Excise Tax, Sales & Use Tax) to register with the state.

Why are you interested in this business?

Seems odd as this would be a business expense for my business.
