The USA is filled with earthen homes, an old Patriot silo, etc.One that I thought was interesting was the grain silo home in Ellensburg, WA.

Between working around the renovation materials to the 35 minute commute to the first two units I’m having serious second thoughts about this.

I'm also concerned older homes have already seen their biggest jump in capital appreciation and don't have as much potential for price growth compared to newer homes.What are your thoughts on older homes?

Am I missing anything significant in this thought process?
