I know all are so used to campaign promises just being a slogan of lies but this is a factual thing, we know they are actually do what they say they will do, or at least try like hell to do it. 

-Her split is 30% of profits whereas others are 20-25%-She requires a $500 "technology fee", but it's only a $30 amazon key-pad deadbolt.

So tired of the lies and not taking responsibility for your part in this mess. 

I would say that our interest lies in growing and making money together rather than alone.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't trying to think of other, potentially more lucrative and less risky ways of doing something similar though.I guess I've always known that part of the benefit of real estate was time arbitrage, but this is making me see it more clearly and in an entirely new way.

There seems to be a belief throughout this thread that its alright for a city employee to come onto your property and simply lie about item after item and then send a written agreement in direct contrast expecting you to sign and return it.
