Pretty much put it back to condition before they moved in with 2 pit bulls, the guy did tattoos in the living room.   

However, I don't think this situation will work out that way.Option #2 I borrow my brother's jacked up 4x4 farm truck and pay a high school buddy who has spent some time in jail (6'3", 290#, tattoos etc) to come alone while I am being pleasant and firm when I meet everyone.

As a closing gift, the "welcome to Chicago" box would contain various items such as a bag of locally roasted coffee, artisan crafted soap that is made locally, 6-pack from local brewery, Chicago themed decorations, etc....Looking for some feedback on this pretty please.

If he's just a bike enthusiast with tattoos and a job that doesn't mind how he looks, I think, if he can pay, he can stay.
