In my opinion you should NOT pass up the opportunity to secure solid, life long rapidly increasing income in a growing industry with a serious demand for talent with flight time.

You can take a decent exterior shot with a cell phone if you have a little but of talent, but interior shots require specialised equipment. 

Or do you use your own talents and pick up the extra fees? 

They aren't drawing talent from a 5 mile radius.

I am a talented designer and good with my hands.

Im interested in cash flow properties (and or businesses), flips, rehab and hold and any other strategies that fit my needs and talents. 

They hired some in-house technical talent to evaluate deals.   

But the most important lucky break we caught was finding a very talented contractor who saw a future with us and a willingness to make an investment of time and sweat in us to grow our business so his business could grow.

That way you are keeping your crews busy all the time (maintaining talented workers is the hardest thing in RE) and you can do multiple projects that are at different stages at the same time.
