I've used Google Voice forever.

 tenant intiially voiced they wanted to stay at least 4 years due to the school district before signing. we are almost through year one with them, and will need to restructure our lease in a few months. they have been fine tenants.i was thinking about incentivizing it, but want some expert opinions. they currently pay 2795 a month, but a total of 2863 with the property mangement fees( pet and "convenience" fees) but we are getting rid of our property mangement company and doing it ourselves. trying to think of the best way to pitch thisso what i was thinking was:2863 for 3 years ( it would stay flat for 3 years)2925 for 2 years (flat for 2)2975 for 1 yearthoughts?

I'm so glad I found a post that voices my shock and frustration as well.

The rest of the time was spent talking to voice mail boxes with a 100% guarantee from them that no one would call back. 

They try to see a way how not to cover and make you run around with many hours of time spent.5) Completely disconnected departments which would make you run around between them and tell differnet things and there is no email communication or co-ordinated one voice. 6) You are sure expected to get ended up with frustration dealing with them

For every 10 people called I get 2 people on the phone and a lot of the ones that don’t answer are correct numbers because their voice mail gives it away.

Hi April, Google voice is an easy way to have a 2nd number.

@Chris Laino What I do is walk around the property and make a voice memo on my phone. 

You can easily get PAL or passive losses days by investing in LTR or some people will go into equipment deals to take advantage of section 179 deductions as sort of a synthetic way of getting PALs.

Never heard of this before.Maybe get a free Google voice phone number for stuff like this?
