Rich Weese - Steve Babiak is right, if you either quote or edit your original comment with the link you can just add the - ] - symbol right after the first instance of [url in your post.

Their name gets highlighted in blue and they get an email, you type the @ symbol and the first three letters of their name.

I'm not that good with RE Math and all the Alphabet symbols that you guys use to evaluate a particular property, but, you can look on Zillow at the Zestimate graph for properties in S.

symbols and click on a BP member (this function will bring up people who have commented in this thread).

If you use the @ symbol in front of the person's name you are addressing or just click on the ellipsis and then quote and type below the quotation, the person you're addressing will get a notification that someone responded to a previous thread.Thank you for the sincere response. 

Oh, BTW, if you want to refer to a BP member to get them to respond quickly, you should type the @ symbol and then the first three letters of the BP name and a box will drop down below the reply box you are typing in.

@Wesley Robirds no problem for future reference the way to tag someone in a post is to type the @ symbol and the first few letters of their name then select them from the drop-down list, that way they get notified.
