They may be in denial, but many doubt that such sweeping changes will actually get enacted. 

Of course not all contractors are going to sweep things under the rug.  1.)

My realtor said to ask for-Radon test, full home inspection, tank sweep, sewer scope.For my own bed bugs paranoia I may have a pest person check out the place as well. 

I would also setup a savings account to sweep money from your checking account when the balance grows.

About 3000 sq feet, 945 which includes the inspection, termite, radon, tank sweep, and sewer scope.

Maybe they need help cleaning up a job site, writing letters, landscaping, posting bandit signs, sweeping the floor… maybe you just go and pick up their lunch and run errands every day.
