I've even taken an additional step and purchased smiley face stickers to seal the envelopes (cheesy I know, but this get's the letter opened).I am anxious about taking this first step, but I am also excited in what the future holds in this endeavor.Any suggestions before I mail out this Thursday??

I have sticker shock.  

Typically, these crews will leave some sort of notice at the property (stickers on the door or windows) that they were there and some contact information.  

What was discovered is if you make a product and then make a "mystique" about the product with a huge price-sticker people will be fooled.

There are many new-build neighborhoods in Central Ohio where the every other house has a for sale sign on it, and many w/ HUD stickers in the window -- this is not one of those neighborhoods...

Originally from Texas (which gets an embarrassingly bad rap), I reel from sticker shock about prices here because in my head SFRs cost 80-150k and for that amount in San Jose, SF, or Oakland I couldn't even afford a nice double wide (ha!).  

Best option is to get security stickers and place them on the windows and set up a fake surveillance camera.

In the last year, 2 of my 10 buttons have lost their protective covers (sort of like a clear plastic sticker on top of the writing) and the writing has started to wear.
