Also, if you are marketing a high end property, amateur photos often don't do it justice and don't convey the high quality, spacious rooms and closets, etc.

But hey, I don't have to drive anywhere or get quarters.Also the downstairs unit is a lot nicer and more spacious so I charge more for the lower unit.
