@Kevin Hoover, these are good lessons and the one that I want to highlight is: "interest rate sensitivity makes the model a gamble, not an investment".  

The taxing on marijuana should help us continue to hit the thresholds needed to keep dropping the income tax to zero. Nice development for the state. It will be great when fully legal! Progress is progress!

It’s just 7 miles from the beach, 2 miles from a large new hospital and medical campus, and within 2 miles of the county government offices.

With six children, it seems that the others would probably have known and reported.With first-hand experience of an overzealous medical professional, I'd wait to see if the charges are valid.
