Scuba diving.

I love doing things, going skiing, hiking, scuba, travelling - all of those things are not very enjoyable when you are unfit. 

I’ve had the conversation with friends as well about being a scuba instructor.

Also, on the flip side, I had dumpster divers digging through and I think that could be a liability issue.

I'd like to visit Florida for extended visits (I'm a scuba diver, so Jupiter, west beach, Tallahassee) and could see myself doing the remodel myself over there, maybe that's a good option?
