I'm in South Loop near the Loop, lake, Grant Park, CTA, and a variety of hospitals / schools, so renting out the room on a mid-term basis (32+ days) for a premium was the best strategy for me.

A lot of universities have students that need mid term housing due to graduation dates, mini semester programs, etc. and I've found if you approach them and offer them a solution to this problem, they are willing to work with you and help send business your way. 

Focus on areas with good schools and infrastructure for reliable tenants.

Yes of course there are people who think tokenization is cool and you can get some $ from it, but to grow it at scale - real estate is old school and most who invest six figures in real estate are not 25 years old and are not keen on tokenization.

Highlight the area shopping, business etc, distance to schools .

Can you imagine if our schools have a 95%Everyday I ask myself why the failure rate is so high.
