In retrospect i would not have added as many bathrooms to save costs, however each room now commands a premium compared to other houses with only private bedrooms.

or economists, or BPers claiming to have the crystal ball, have acknowledged their failure to accurately predict the future or, in the cases of irresponsible journalists and economists, lost their jobs.But on the flip side a lot of people WERE pressured into an otherwise ill-advised real estate purchase or (in retrospect) poorly timed refinance.Funny how that works, innit?

With retrospect, I can see estimates from larger companies also tend to be larger, but also a greater chance they will continue to be in business, in that same business form, if the guarantee needs to be followed up on.

Many of these were inherited tenants so a large percentage of them may have been deferred maintenance / bringing units up to standard.I did have one tenant who in retrospect I think may have been running an AirBnB scam out of the unit because she was there 1 year and it looked like it had 10 years worth of living in it afterwards, and was 10k to fix up after having just been fixed up before she moved in.Recently, another house of mine a tenant progressively went crazy and started getting violent / lots of run-ins with police.

In retrospect you don't need a POF when you deal with a motivated seller but a bank owned property yes you do need one.
