Hello All,Does anyone know an investor friendly contractor for driveway resurfacing in Albany?

The tax is applied in any situation where the following improvements are made to a property:Structural improvements such as adding a new room, deck, or other featureNon-structural improvements such as paving, resurfacing, or landscapingReconstruction as required by regulatory changesAddition of water or power lines to the propertyConstruction of a street leading to the propertyClearly, a homeowner need not engage in construction on their own property for the tax to apply.

Also, I would only use a company that specializes in resurfacing.

@Kinjal Patel I would recommend you search the internet for "countertop resurfacing companies."

The lot has a main house (4 bed, 2 bath brick rancher), a detached In-law suite (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room), a detached guest house (studio with bathroom and kitchen), a 31'x39' detached 3 door garage, a tennis court (in need of resurfacing), and an in ground pool (in good shape).

The property has dark hardwood floors, and resurfacing them would be an option. however, im also considering protecting them with carpeting or waterproof laminate flooring. 

Resurfaced/refinished cabinets, doors, and bathtubs.

(obviously you could get a way cheaper kitchen for a rental by just resurfacing and painting)

When sourcing an installer always ask for references, get pictures of work, and ask to walk through a completed job if possible ( often times you can ask the references if you may see their completed project they are more than happy to) cabinet resurfacing is good option if you want to maintain a stain grade product.
