@Terra Rogers Since Dave isn't responding, I can say that the minimum FICO is 700, and they have no flexibility on their minimums or ratios.

Luckily I have a local team that is incredible at responding and was able to replace the blower motor at a nominal cost.

I would look into every and all claims about someone as well as reach out to his former colleagues (who are here on BP) - as part of my point was sometimes its easier to go straight to the horses mouth and see how they respond.
