Remember, one way or another you’re going to get an education. 😉  Lack of investment capital (money) ought never be the obstacle because if the deal is right, the money will always appear.Then, you’ll need great data sources both for identifying opportunities and confirming the facts.

The closer they are, the better.I remember talking about one of your buildings maybe a year ago.

And remember, the Federal Trade Commission warns against pay up front loans:  https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/a...Lendbase is able to skirt around this by claiming that they are just a "broker" and not the actual lender.  

However, also remember that the "market price" should go up with appreciation assuming you're in a somewhat appreciating market.
