See, the agents focus is on doing transactions, and being a team leader.

I was wondering if anyone had any contact info to some good realestate agents, CPA's, leaders, LLC cites, contractors, property mangers, or any other resources that would be helpful in setting up a team for my realestate business.

Additionally, hundreds of businesses, including global leaders like Google, Amazon, Apple, Facebook, IBM, Microsoft, and Uber, are in Pittsburgh and draw thousands of professionals to the city annually.

The agent has interest in the deal, and he is the leader of xx RE group so after he refused to sign the release my agent’s brokerage went directly to his principal broker but it didn’t help…

The only issue I have seen any agreement on is that most don't want either of these leaders in the Whitehouse.

Perhaps we (BP, the community) need a better firewall between the visible personalities - podcast hosts, webinar leaders, etc - and those with something to sell.

The broker takes 20% (have to correct here, I think it's 20%, not 15%), then the team leader takes 25%.

There are some potential buyers who avoid interest-bearing mortgages, for religious or other reasons.

And I keep seeing more and more leaders bringing their large teams over to us.
