The tenants threw a party and neighbors called it in and now he is dealing with the City on how to address this.What we think should and shouldn't be enforceable isn't relevant.

Have the agent video everything, just in case tenant is there and causes a scene or refuses access.You will either get the work done or have a video supporting your eviction.

They've done multiple video preentations of their company.I'm surprised though that there is a complete dearth of reviews, articles, comments about them except for their own maketing material.Did either of you go with them? 

Please advise if I have missed anything or anything else you believe is relevant.
