But it seems to me that referral clubs only real value is vetting suppliers.

My point is once you have been in the RE sales end of it and your successful your going to get referrals and a lot of them..

ya I have never marketed for investors its all referral or word of mouth.. but then again I dont raise money 25 to 50k at a time either..
