Stating that tenants had been disconnected for non payment of $389.00 two months ago and that somehow the tenant had reconnected the shut off & water had been restored and they were billing us for damage to water meter and bills from date of disconnect-- regardless of it being a rental and the account NOT in our name because we are the property owner they are coming after us.

The water department don't seem to interested in resolving it or acknowledging the dispute and providing a standard response that the bills need to be paid in full before reconnection.

If you would like to move AC: Recover refrigerant, abandone power and relocate,Relocate the unit to it's new location with pad, Re-route and re-braze the copper lines, Reconnect the electrical ,Pull a vacuum on the modified lines, Re-insulate the lines,Recharge the system.Check out the system for proper operation.

As with either a gas or electric, I'd think the cost of disconnecting and reconnecting would be higher than having a security system for a few months.

Time and time again I've heard direct mail is about constantly reconnecting and be a little monkey on their shoulder. 6 months down the road someone may be motivated finally and if they got a card every month from you they may more likely call you over some guy they heard from the first month.

My iGMS account is no longer connected, effective yesterday and in order to connect it says this:“After connecting your Airbnb account to iGMS, some of the account settings will be changed:Fee settings will change to host-only;Instant booking will be enabled for all accounts' listings;All imported iCals will be removed from Airbnb.”I don’t even want to try reconnecting it now, maybe in the morning with a clear head.
