Theoretically, I should be able to collect the funds from the deal, should my family member decide to go through with the deal.

Does anyone know anybody who funds mobile homes and/or abandoned parks with infrastructure already in place?

My PPR note fund investment is a little different in that you can buy some notes from PPR and pay for the PPR notes using your Fund investment. 

The hardest part of any syndication is raising capital and selling the investment.  

It is possible to get 90% of your purchase price and 100% rehab funded as a first timer in 1-4 units.

The more deals you have under your belt, the easier it is to raise capital, attract partners, and negotiate better terms.2️⃣ Deals lead to more deals.

Meaning, I can't go raising the rent after both parties have signed the lease for a lower amount.hope that helps!

Ken, You're changing the subject to something neither of us ever discussed.The only thing you claimed was that having no-debt on a SFR property makes no sense, because of your theory that the government is going to be massively raising taxes on property owners to "oppressive" levels.

It is much better to have a reserve fund and add it monthly.
