If someone brings in under age prostitutes who OD and fall out of the second story window guess who gets added to the suit?

The town itself isn't the greatest, (Drug bust, prostitution ring literally broken up about a month ago a few doors down, as well as a shooting that occurred in a lot over about 2 years ago), but there is money being put into the area and real effort to rejuvenate what once was actually a pretty lively area, for example, 2 new apartment buildings are being built in an empty lot 2 doors down within the next month. 

Situations that I have stepped into that make life interesting are meth-ed hoarders, crack heads, gangs, porn production, prostitution ring, rats, raccoons, bad remodeling, half finished construction jobs, fire (but not brimstone), flood, heirs that were in prison...good grief..just a whole bunch of trouble. 

My company bought them all up for 60c on the dollar, cleaned the place up, kicked out drug dealers and prostitutes, fixed the houses inside and out, removed 20 some broken down cars parked in the lots, and started the HOA again, this is the before pictures.Most that did not go bankrupts due to the area declining in value, are sure happy the community has the HOA running again, it's turning the place around.

We've had two different prostitutes in one property and that is how all the applicants know it... 

He I really believe was offering some sort of a low end prostitution ring out of his apartment.
