So was I incorrect in thinking that by incorporating I can defer paying capital gains taxes as long as those are re invested in another piece of real estate? 

So I was hoping someone else could benefit from having the big pieces like couches and beds, nice TVs, etc. 

I would be leery of an product or service being promoted that has zero negative reviews.A 1-star review is often not realistic and will tank the algorithm in your first year for sure because it's not balanced out yet.

I have noticed a lot of investors are seeking out cities that are offering lower priced lots and simply adding a Modular or Manufactured and capturing a very nice cash flow.There is a new trend starting in Florida and in other states where an investor buys a piece of land or lot and add a 'Tiny Home". 

I couldn't find much information about them online besides their own blog posts and a few interviews with the founders, who were promoting MHP business and themselves. 

Salt air can deteriorate houses and components faster than markets without salt air.The final piece is finding a market with a quality team or teams that I like and trust.  

Unless it required specific cable to be run only to run that piece of equipment does it qualify.

Fund of fund raisers need to do a much better job including descriptions of both double promotes and possible implications for LPs investing through a fund of fund vs directly.

I normally have one piece of advice for people just getting started, do not take on too much risk.
