It’s critical to provide all of the documentation that is requested in order to allow the cost segregation professional to maximize your benefits.

You do have to get a good cleaner and handy person which can take some time.I agree with HOA's.

Then based on @Michael Baum's suggestion, I think I will have my cleaner and/or maintenance person do monthly/quarterly maintenance like using using enzyme based cleaners, grease fighting drain treatments and hot water flushing.
