Hey GUYSOver the years, I’ve worked on creating high-converting funnels for marketing agencies, and one thing I’ve noticed is that the core principles of attracting, nurturing, and converting leads are just as relevant for real estate investors.I’ve been diving into strategies that could help investors streamline their deal flow, attract motivated sellers, and build better relationships with private lenders.

The 2008 timeframe was different and in situations a lot harder than now, but this market will shape a lot of investors that found their new market, product to focus on, and/or to dive in deeper when times get tough.   

I cannot assist w/ the acquisition of the property but do have an FHA product that is specific for home improvements.

please let me know if you have successfully completed a creative finance deal and you have some terms example breakdowns i can take a look at much appreciated im trying to buy an apartment complex asap

I'd done some reading in the past and thought a few of the main Canadian banks had such specialty trust divisions that could help you with plan setup.As for finding investments, networking with other investors, real estate agents, etc. is the way to go.Brian, from what I've heard is that CAN banks  make it extremely difficult to setup.
