As a rental, tenants will likely prioritize the location over minor inconveniences.Your strategy of betting on appreciation and eventually pulling equity makes a lot of sense in this market.

I would say that most contractors would be good to collaborate with on scope of work decisions but many/most would not be ideal driving that bus on their own.Exactly.

You should be able to get a good feel for their knowledge and expertise through digital resources they provide (webinars, youtube videos, social content) Character - You need to believe they have your best in mind and they prioritize it.
