What lady the kids pop out of doesn't matter, you rented a house for $XXXX, be happy they're paying rent and are good tenants

All we know is 8 units somewhere in PA at $900 a pop for 600k.

They have been wonderful tenants for two years and I did pop into the property last year it looked like the day they moved in. 

New restaurants, retail stores, gift shops, etc. began popping up all over downtown Waco.

Almost all of the businesses that pop up are either wholesalers or investors.

There was no funds investing billions at a pop before.
