I was almost wiped out by the 2008 Economic Collapse and now I am just selling and planing to consolidate my efforts with anything I can do tax-free or tax-deferred.

Would save initial fees of you having to fly out yourself and pay for plane flight and hotel which could be thousands in expenses.No legal advice given.   

If I can take a few hours to run my plane around the northwest or take a nice trip that's great too.. now its about the grand kids..

The reason I am planing to insure this duplexes at $60K each is because I am purchasing them at $21.4k each.

I am a wholesaler in Miami area,   if you are planing to do the same you need to have the right to sale it, I will use a legal approved contract,  you can ask a Realtor to help you with the offer, ask for 0 days for inspection, better with business days,  on that period you will have the time to sale it

I don't have a private plane but can certainly make it down to your area on a commercial flight for coffee.  

Then I wonder what happens to the investor who lost 10 homes.. what happens to him and then he or she gets sued.this has all sorts of very serious repercussions short of just should I let a tenant slide one week because of the largest natural disaster to ever hit the US>> I think it boils down to investors with money and reserves probably will work with folks.. investors who are mortgaged to the hilt this could be something that really hurts them and they will have no choice but to be hard @$$ non caring landlords regardless of cirucumstances.. and then you just have the plane old greedy could give a crap landlords. sorry for your troubles you owe money..
