Anyway, please feel free to do your own due diligence but it looks like we all got got.

I do my own property management to keep my expenses low. 

You may need a license to GC even on your own property in your area.

My personal opinion is that any time is the right time to invest if you can find opportunities that meet your Return on Investment goals.

That's how I discovered PB a few years ago.We've owned our own home since I believe June of 2021 in central NJ (not sure how much equity we have in it).

For me personally with the lessons I have learned - I would build capital before buying anything to hold / flip.

But you still own the property 100% in your name.

You might decide that you absolutely want to own your own residence there and I assume you can afford it since you already own properties elsewhere, likely in beautiful Hawaï.
